Audit and Accounting Services – this includes review and audit of compiled financial statements (external audit), traditional compilation, accounting outsource, bookkeeping, business registrations, due diligence audit, compliance audits, internal control review, special audit engagements in accordance with client’s specific objectives, forensic accounting and the like.

Financial Advisory Services includes budgeting systems, cash management including but not limited to loan financing negotiations with banks & AR / AP controls, preparation of feasibility studies for prospective investors, financial projections and forecasts.

Management Consultancy – includes development and / or improvement of the existing internal control system, review of business performance, assistance in the development and / or implementation of automated systems (off-the-shelf or customized), systems review and documentation of new or improved systems.

Tax Advisory Services – covers assistance in the formation and establishment of new business entities, tax compliance and review, tax advisory, tax strategies, tax planning and representation before tax authorities. The services extend to one-time transactions like transfers of properties through inheritance, sale or donation. Thus, we also provide estate tax planning services.

Expert Witness Testimony – when absolutely necessary, we take the witness stand (criminal or civil court proceedings) to give testimonies in the point of view of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
